The "Tangled up in Blue" Experiment, Part Nineteen


Yes, it's the next piece of jewelry inspired by the next line from the Bob Dylan song, "Tangled up in Blue." Line nineteen goes like this: "But all the while I was alone the past was close behind."


These earrings look like the past to me, with the lovely aged coin-like disks and bits of vintage chain. For the necessary pop of blue, I used these lovely Swarovski crystal bicones in Caribbean blue opal. The color on these little glass beads is amazingly dramatic for such small beads. You can always count on Swarovski for fabulousness. Swarovski may actually mean "fabulous" in Czech. . .
