Why I watch the Olympics!

Men leaping and flying in the air, landing on tiny sharp metal blades on ice, while wearing sparkling outfits. Honestly, it's better than RuPaul's Drag Race.
Jeremy Abbott with vest and trousers, very Clay Aiken, huh?
Thomas Verner is a red kerchief, a striped sailor sweater, and what appears to be Wrangler bootcut jeans.

Kevin van der Perren in a bedazzled skeleton suit. Cool!

Samuel Contesti in half liederhosen, half hillbilly.

Johnny Weir in a black costume with pink corset lacing and tassel. I love Johnny Weir.

  7. Now those are some outfits! I can't say any of them are lacking in the eccentricity department. I used to love watching ice skating. Back then it was Scott Hamilton :)

Also, did I tell you an Olympic ice skater came from the town I live in? Yeah, her name is Rosalynn Sumners and she won some medals in the 80s. One street over from us is named after her with a big sign that says Rosalynn Sumners Boulevard.
